Welcome to the inaugural #diypartyfun party post! Last week I thought it would be fun to start a hashtag over on instagram asking everyone to tag their DIY party pics with the hashtag #diypartyfun There are lots of you out there who throw the best parties and I thought it would be great to get a collection of DIY party pics all in the one spotas a way of inspiring each other and with the added bonus of introducing you to other party loving Mums! What a great first week – there were almost 100 photos to choose from, which is just awesome!! Thanks guys! It was just too hard to narrow it down to my fave four, so for this week I chose twelve …

Would you like to join in? Simply upload your DIY party pics to Instagram or Facebook, use the #diypartyfun hashtag and tag @froggoosebear so that I can find you! I’ll be choosing my faves each week and sharing them here on the blog and instagram every Monday morning.

You are welcome to re-tag older pics of past parties on instagram because, let’s face it, we don’t always party every week. You can also post them straight onto my facebook wall, or if you are not on either of those platforms and you’d still like to be involved, you can just email me your diy party pics. The photos can be anything at all to do with DIY parties, whether it’s the party prep or any aspect of the party itself.

You might also be interested in checking out the Real Parties series, that has just begun here on the blog, where I interview everyday party Mums (such as yourselves) who are sharing their tips & tricks and party pics (that rhymed)!
